About Pond Technologies Holdings Inc.

Based in Markham, Ontario, Pond Technologies markets its patent-protected algae cultivation platform, which converts carbon dioxide (CO2) into commercial algae products. Its algae cultivation platform converts CO2 in untreated stack gases from industrial emitters into animal feed, human feed, nutraceuticals and natural fertilizers. The key is that the model is the vertical integration from initial carbon capture, through algae growth, to the final sustainable product. In more than ten years of R&D, Pond has developed a robust breakthrough technology platform based on artificial intelligence, proprietary LED lamps and patented CO.2-Management. Pond has begun licensing its technology to third parties for ongoing license fees and royalties. Pond recently added a Biotech division focused on growing unique strains of microalgae to use as a breeding medium for the expression of human antibodies and proteins.
